1. Scope & separate channels

Each package includes a specified number of sends or credits for the selected channel, rather than unlimited use. Email, SMS and Viber have separate balances; buying one does not include the others. Viber Business is not the purchase of a personal Viber account or telephone number.

Selecting packages on this page prepares an enquiry only. It does not place a payable order, charge a card or activate sending. Service proceeds after the specific quotation and its terms have been confirmed before payment.

2. Quotation, prepayment & payment

Before payment we confirm in writing: quantity, channel, recipient countries, message type, credit-counting rules, sender, integration availability, price, VAT, any separate setup or renewal charges and the activation timeline. If the advertised service cannot be provided on the displayed terms, no payment is requested without a new agreement.

Packages are prepaid. Pending or failed payments do not count as payment received. Use only the payment method stated in the applicable order or quotation. The catalogue packages do not involve automatic recurring billing.

3. Crediting & first activation

For an already active and approved service, credits are added by the end of the next business day after payment is confirmed. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays in Greece, using Europe/Athens time. This deadline concerns adding credits, not delivering messages to recipients.

A first connection, domain authentication, branded-sender approval or Viber templates may require additional time. The timeline and required details are confirmed before payment; first activation is not covered by a 24-hour promise. Consumer purchases are also subject to section 10.

After crediting, a confirmation states the channel, quantity, start date and exact expiry. Credits are provided in the account or connected application agreed with you. No physical product is shipped and a purchase does not automatically send a campaign to your customers.

4. Validity, expiry & renewal

Each Email or SMS purchase is valid for 365 days from confirmed activation. No monthly purchase is required while you have a valid balance. Each purchase expires independently; a new purchase does not extend older balances. Credits with the earliest expiry are used first.

Each Viber Business package lasts 30 days from confirmed activation. Unused messages expire at the end of that period and do not roll over. Another period requires a new purchase and confirmed activation. Any sender-retention or reactivation conditions are disclosed before payment.

Expired balances cannot be transferred between channels and are not automatically converted to cash. This does not restrict any refund or other remedy for failure to provide the agreed service or under mandatory law.

5. Credits & delivery

SMS: long or Unicode messages may require several chargeable segments. Credit use depends on length, encoding, destination and the agreed sending route. Sending charges and treatment of failed attempts are explained before use. One appointment does not necessarily equal one SMS credit.

Email packages cover sending through the agreed service, not mailboxes or email hosting. Technical acceptance does not guarantee inbox placement or reading. For Viber, availability, message category, templates and the charging rule are confirmed for the approved sender.

Delivery and timing depend on networks, devices, providers and recipient settings. A purchase does not guarantee reading, a response or a commercial result. Viber-to-SMS fallback is used only if agreed and consumes separate SMS credits.

6. Prices, VAT & billing documents

Base package prices exclude VAT. Receipt mode displays prices including calculated Greek VAT at 24%; invoice mode shows net value, VAT and the final total separately. Requesting an invoice does not create a VAT exemption.

The final payable amount is confirmed before payment using your billing details and the applicable tax treatment. Transactions outside Greece are assessed separately. Nilly Graphics issues the applicable statutory billing document; a Stripe payment confirmation alone is not a substitute for the business receipt or invoice.

7. Website, online store & CRM integration

Setup, integration, automations, templates, testing and support are separate from credit prices unless expressly included in the specific quotation. Scope and cost are agreed before work starts.

Integration requires compatibility and the necessary access permissions. Sending triggers, message content and charges are agreed before sending is enabled. Any maintenance, extensions or third-party services are listed separately.

8. Lawful use & recipient data

Customers are responsible for lawfully obtained contacts, an appropriate legal basis and message content. Marketing messages require prior consent unless a specific legal exception applies, with a clear sender identity and an easy opt-out. Objections and unsubscribe requests must be respected.

Spam, misleading or unlawful content, and unauthorised use of contact details or brands are prohibited. Transactional appointment or order updates must not be used as a pretext for unsolicited marketing. Do not put customer contact lists into the public enquiry form.

Before recipient data is processed for an integration, the parties agree their roles, providers, safeguards and, where required, a data-processing agreement. Enquiries and billing are covered by the Nilly Graphics Privacy Policy.

9. Cancellation, delay & service problems

For cancellation or support, email info@nillygraphics.com with the quotation or order reference. Before activation we assess cancellation and any work already supplied under the agreement. After activation, package changes or balance refunds are assessed in the circumstances and in line with your rights; there is no blanket “no refunds” term.

If the agreed service cannot be provided, we inform you and agree a revised date or refund the unprovided part. For a defective service, statutory rights to correction, price reduction or termination apply as appropriate. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Consumer rights

If you buy as a consumer outside your business activity, you generally have 14 days from concluding a distance service contract to withdraw without giving a reason. Send a clear statement to info@nillygraphics.com or our registered address before the deadline.

Service may start during that period only with the required separate express request and legal information. If you later withdraw, a proportionate charge for service already provided applies only where legal conditions are met. Full performance of a service or the supply of digital content affects withdrawal only under the applicable statutory conditions.

Accepting general terms, reading this page or selecting a package is not itself a waiver. Following valid withdrawal, amounts due are refunded within 14 days of notification using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed without extra cost. Optional statement: “I withdraw from the contract for [service/order] concluded on [date]. Name, address, date; signature only for a paper notice.”

11. Contact & applicable terms

For assistance, cancellation or a complaint: info@nillygraphics.com and +30 6976 711730. We seek an amicable resolution; consumers may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman. Greek law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections and jurisdiction rights.

The accepted quotation supplements these terms without restricting mandatory rights. The version notified when the agreement was made applies to that purchase. Later catalogue changes do not retrospectively change an agreed purchase.
