Buy another package when needed. There is no requirement to purchase every month while you have a valid balance.

Purchase SMS credits in advance and use them gradually. Each purchase remains valid for 365 days from activation.
Long or Unicode messages may use multiple SMS credits. The required credits will be shown before sending.

Viber: a monthly service
Each Viber package lasts 30 days from its confirmed activation date. Renew for the following period to continue sending.
Unused Viber messages expire and do not roll over. Renewal and branded-sender retention terms are confirmed before activation.
Every email/SMS purchase has its own expiry date. A new purchase does not extend older balances. Credits that expire first are used first. Activation and expiry dates are confirmed before payment.

When is my package activated?
For an already active, approved service, credits are added by the end of the next business day after payment is confirmed. For a first connection or sender approval, the timeline is confirmed before payment. Validity begins on actual activation.
Do I pay before or after sending?
Packages are prepaid. Payment takes place before activation and use. The activation and expiry dates are confirmed before payment.
Do I have to buy email or SMS every month?
No. Email and SMS purchases remain valid for 365 days from activation. Use your valid balance and buy another package when needed.
What happens to unused messages?
Unused email and SMS credits expire after 365 days. Unused Viber messages expire after their 30-day period. Expired balances do not carry over to another period or another channel.
Is Viber a monthly service?
Yes. Each Viber package covers 30 days from confirmed activation. Continuous use requires renewal for each period. Unused messages do not roll over. Branded-sender retention terms are confirmed in the activation proposal.
Can I combine different packages?
Yes. For example, choose Email Starter with SMS Pro, or SMS Plus with Viber Plus. Each channel maintains a separate balance and its own validity period.
Does every SMS use one credit?
Not always. Usage depends on message length and encoding. A long text can be split into several SMS segments. The required credits will be shown before sending.
Can you connect the service to my website or CRM?
Yes, subject to a compatibility assessment and agreed project scope. Integration, templates, automation and testing are quoted separately from messaging packages.
Are larger packages available?
You can request a tailored proposal for higher volume, a different channel mix or multiple businesses. Prices and terms are confirmed in the proposal.
How are receipt and invoice prices displayed?
Receipt prices include Greek VAT at 24%. Invoice prices show net and VAT separately, with the same final payment amount. Choosing an invoice does not remove VAT. Automated purchases are for Greece; contact us for other countries. Nilly Graphics issues the statutory billing document separately.
