1. Meeting requests & confirmation
You may request an introductory meeting, project presentation or professional session through the available contact details or booking tool. A contact-form enquiry alone does not reserve a time. A meeting is confirmed once the date, time, time zone and meeting method are confirmed in writing.
Duration, scope and any fee are stated before confirmation. A free introductory meeting does not include a design deliverable, consultancy report or other paid work unless separately agreed.
2. Rescheduling, cancellation & missed meetings
A free meeting can be rescheduled or cancelled without a fee. Please notify us as early as possible at info@nillygraphics.com, +30 6976 711730, or through a management link if your confirmation provides one. A replacement time is subject to availability and fresh confirmation.
There is no no-show charge for a free meeting. Tell us if you will be late; a shorter meeting or rescheduling may be necessary. If we need to change the appointment, we notify you and suggest another time.
3. Paid sessions & deposits
Before a paid booking, we disclose the scope, total price including applicable taxes, payment or deposit and specific rescheduling or cancellation terms in writing. A special cancellation or no-show fee is not imposed unless disclosed and agreed in advance.
If no special policy has been agreed, cancellation before the session starts results in a refund of the amount for the unprovided session. If we cancel and you do not accept another time, the unprovided session is refunded. Separately commissioned work already started is governed by its quotation and statutory rights.
Consumers making distance bookings retain their statutory service-withdrawal rights. Any request to start within 14 days is obtained separately. General acceptance of these terms does not remove consumer rights.
4. Online meetings & personal data
Use the link supplied in the confirmation and check your connection, audio and camera where needed. Contact us about technical problems so we can arrange an alternative or reschedule. Meetings are not recorded without prior information and the required lawful basis.
Your details are used to communicate and manage the appointment under our Privacy Policy. Booking does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter. These terms apply only to Nilly Graphics meetings, not the services or appointments of other businesses.
